National Liverpool Care of the Dying Pathway (LCP) Facilitators Group - New Zealand

The National LCP Facilitators Group was established in 2007 as a way for LCP Facilitators from around the NZ to network and share resources and experience. Members of this group contribute to the bi-annual NZ LCP Newsletter.
