Minimum numbers for course to proceed: 15

These are one-day training sessions. All course components are the same for the three different venues.

Cost

The cost is $180.00 (GST incl).
Resources and catering are included in the cost.

Payment can be made by:

  • Cheque (payable to Arohanui Hospice Services Trust)
  • or
  • Direct Debit (account details will be included on the invoice you will receive once registered)


 

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations from and after two weeks prior to the training day selected will incur a 50% charge of the training fee.
  2. If you are unable to attend, your booking can be transferred to another person within your organisation. Transfers must be advised no later than 7 days prior to the event
  3. Failture to notify the National Office of inability to attend (or a "No Show") will incur the full training fee.
  4. Cancellations/Transfers are to be made in writing (online, fax or letter) via our web form fax: (06) 3550453 or post: Box 5349, Palmerston North 4441
  5. If for reasons beyond the control of the National LCP Office the training day is cancelled, fees will be refunded in full.
