Cancellation Policy - Please read and accept

Cancellations from and after two weeks prior to the training day selected will incur a 50% charge of the training fee.
If you are unable to attend, your booking can be transferred to another person within your organisation. Transfers must be advised no later than 7 days prior to the event.
Failure to notify the National LCP Office of inability to attend (or a "No Show") will incur the full training fee.
ALL Cancellations/Transfers are to be made in writing (via online message, fax or letter) through our contact form, fax: (06) 3550453 or post: Box 5349, Palmerston North 4441
If for reasons beyond the control of the National LCP Office the training day is cancelled, fees will be refunded in full.
